Race-Keeper Data Sources
Race-Keeper offers a wide variety of data sources for all types of data requirements, covering the range of driver inputs (brake, throttle, steering) and vehicle inputs (speed, RPM, temps, pressures).
10Hz GPS and accel data are delivered standard with every Race-Keeper system. Each additional data input delivers expanded data sets for additional driver and vehicle analysis.
All data sources are logged at 30Hz. Data from all data sources is synced automatically and instantly with Race-Keeper video and other data sources.

GPS and 3-axis accel deliver speed (animated gauges), lap #, lap times, animated track map, animated position on track map, lateral Gs, inline Gs, and vertical Gs. GPS also is essential for comparison of two different laps or outings on the same course.
OBD-II data input is ideal for capturing additional data sources, including MPH, RPM, throttle, fuel pressure, coolant temp, and intake air temp. The OBD-II input is inexpensive and simple to install, with connection from OBD-II on car directly to Race-Keeper via USB.
Tach input cable delivers RPM from a vehicle's ignition system; ideal for cars without OBD-II or CAN-ECU. The tach input cable is inexpensive and easy to install, with a bare wire to tach signal input and a locking connector to Race-Keeper.
Analog sensors are ideal for delivering driver input data, including brake, throttle and steering.
CAN-ECU input delivers data from popular third-party ECUs, giving users the power to capture many extra data channels directly and to display the data with automatically synchronized multi-camera video.
